40 Baif has reduced it’s garbage by 50% since 2008,  and is recognized as leading the way in condo recycling in the Town of Richmond Hill.

While it would be easier to throw everything down the garbage shoot the majority of our residence make the trip downstairs to recycle because its the right thing to do.  Thank You.

Below are 2 resources to help you recycle correctly

General Recycling – on P1 level

Kitchen waste – The green bin.  This is strictly for compostable waste.  Do not put non-compostable plastic bags in this bin.

Used batteries – There is a container on the floor in the general garbage area.  Please recycle all of your used batteries.

Cardboard – Please break up large boxes and slide into the large container.

Paper, cans, and any other recyclable materials – Please put all of your other recyclable materials in to the open container.
