Property Management Representative Change

Our current Property Management Company will be TSE Management Services Inc.  Our property manager is Anthony Tucci and he will be on site each Wednesday morning and Friday afternoons.  His office telephone number is 905-764-9166 ext.

In the event of an after-hours emergency, please call905-764-9166 ext. 70.  Make sure to leave your name, unit number, and telephone number.  The on-call property manager will be paged immediately.

Please remember that when you wish to throw out large items, such as couches or beds, do not throw them into the garbage bins in the P1 level.  Check with the superintendent who will inform you of the Town of Richmond Hill’s garbage pick up policy.

We always appreciate that residents recycle but please ensure that you place your recycling in to the appropriate containers by following the posted guidelines.  For large items that you need to dispose of, contact the Town of Richmond Hill for a list of the appropriate locations.
